acrylic painting

Acrylic painting is quite uncomplicated and versatile. Acrylic paint is opaque compared to watercolor paints. It has a high color brilliance and is waterproof once dry. This makes it particularly durable and long-lasting. Highly recommended for beginners as well as for painters in a hurry.

Meditation

Mindfulness and meditation are often used as synonyms, but there are differences: Mindfulness is more of a mental attitude, meditation a practice. Mindfulness is the observation of the physical, emotional states, consciousness and mental objects. Meditation is a spiritual practice that can achieve deep relaxation and altered states of consciousness through concentration exercises. Meditation, as well as mindfulness training, is about training the mind and perception. The state of deep relaxation that can arise through meditation has a variety of positive effects on health. Note: I am currently not offering any workshops or training courses!

Movement

As a licensed fitness and health trainer, your well-being is my main focus! Today, we often have to relearn the motor skills we had when we were younger through various exercise options. We are often plagued by back or joint pain; tension leads to further limitations. This is often due to a lack of exercise. It's about exercise, not about peak athletic performance, weight loss or the latest fitness trend!
